There is a flurry of realtors that seem to provide alternate real estate how to courses? Do they have that much extra time in the day to create these courses? Does that raise a flag that maybe they don’t sell real estate?

Hi Michael, I'm considering becoming a Real Estate Agent however it appears that in Ontario over 80 percent of individuals fail / starve within 2 years, I wonder if these are attempting to run part time.
Do you have any advice regarding a new person breaking into the business?
Does the brokerage forward sales leads to you at a cost, or are you essentially on your own?
