Should You Play Hearthstone Classic in 2022?

Good Video. I started to play classic because it seems more balanced then standard or wild right now. I'm playing HS since 2017, so I have never seen old "classic" meta before. It's looks rly kinda new and refreshing for me

I loved the idea, simply because I already owned most of the cards as I started playing when naxx came out, and not having to keep up with all new cards all the time is nice for f2p like me. I haven't played Hearthstone for years. I used to lovr the game and be pretty good at it. When I heard that this mode excists (about 4 days ago) I started to play again and it's been a ton of fun.

I personally hope they don't add Naxx, or any other.
I feel like it wouldn't make sense for them to start adding expansions, there is already a mode where you have access to old exp, and it's wild.
I know that with the arrival of Nax the zoo decks will be unbearable with their difficult to remove spiders, not to mention the mad scientist in Mage and Hunter, a card that does a lot for 2 mana.

And then GvG would come, the expansion that strongly incorporated RNG, one of the aspects that I don't like in Hearthstone and that I feel is super balanced in classic taken to a minimum.
Also that exp is full of sticky minions, and Doctor 7...
I don't think anyone wants to go back to those times, they would lose the essence of classic. (In my opinion)

Good idea to make that kind of video to shake things up ! I personally play both standard, wild and classic and yes the feeling is different and unique in each one of them. I would have thought classic was destined to remain good old 2014 hs for ever but if there’s a chance to ad past expansions why not ? At least this time we’re prepared for the long wait before Naxx...

Naxx would be interesting for them to add but idk, I wasn't playing back then but I don't remember that meta getting a lot of...well, lets say good reviews. My wish, if they end up expanding the card pool for classic, would be a meta that had multiple viable decks for each class, like Whispers of the Old Gods, Un'Goro (RIP Warlock), or Witchwood post-nerf. While I love classic, and I love that the experimentation has shown that Priest can be playable, it's still not great overall and I think if they were going to change the cardpool, they should go to one where every class could shine.

Just wanna show my point of view in the #1.
I dont think meta is exactly changing, even if we see a lot of tech cards (#3), D5 to legend still majority of Zoo, Miracle Rogue and combo Druid.
Of course we see few Warrior Control, Hunters, shockadin, handlock and others old archtypes, but as showcase, I got legend last year playing 65% against Warlock.

Even if I think miracle rogue is kinda cheating, the mode's fun as heck. I wouldn't mind seeing some adventures in there as well, could use some add-ons for my midrange hunter.
