I am 38, don't do much of workout (only walk in a park and some basic stretching) but still there is very less fat in my belly area. Reason- it's simple, I don't eat roti, chawal at night, only sabji and desi eggs., I avoid eat foods containing refined sugar and also avoid eating anything that comes in a packet, don't drink tea and coffee either. Ghee, dryfruits, honey, ginger, curd and coconut oil are very important in my lunch and breakfast, roti and chawal comes later.

Eating simple healthy food, healthy fats is the key, devoid of excess masala, refined sugar and refined oils. Our hormonal chemistry needs to change for us to transform our genetics to change.our body. Staying hydrated with lime water, Keri panna, coconut water in summer/wormwood tea or other detoxing/ anti inflammatory drinks is also required . Fruits should be taken when we get cravings. Good quality salt is needed which makes us conducting.

Stay relaxed and be in harmony with nature. Stay blessed -all of you.

as a former skinny fat myself, the solution is not doing 8 min follow along ab workouts or high intensity cardio. Rather strength training to build muscle. I get hardly any time to go to gym. i did it with calisthenics and resistance bands

Japanese and korean people eat rice but they use quantity ratio, only small cup of rice, rest all its vegetables, tofu, fish or chicken and legumes. Do weight lifting, chest exercises, abs workout, definitely you won't get skinny fat and if possible stop using scooter and car for short distances, go by walk instead.

I am 36 years old, height 5.6.
I reduced Carbs, refined Oil junk foods and avoiding refined sugar completely. Only 3 time high protien food, meal intermitent pasting and Morning 1 hour yoga nd exercise reduced my weight form 95kg to 68kg in one year. I had tablets for Cholestrol and sugar. Was taking from 2020 to 2023 . Now completely normal and not taking any tablets. Feeling very healthy

If you are a non-vegetarian then avoid gluten products and carbs, even healthy fats bhi nhi lena chahiye, you can take green leafy veggies, one of the best salad is (corn, tomato, spinach, onion, cucumber, boiled egg white) mixed salad, another option is you can take boiled chicken breast instead of 5 egg whites, in the lunch, boiled chicken soup without any cornflour and all, thin soup(plain), in the dinner, avoid snacking, instead of snacking you can take green tea or black coffee without sugar, last but not the least have lots of fruits especially berries(source of antioxidants) and 2 egg whites in the breakfast, for vegetarians have lots of fruits especially berries in and chhena portion size in the breakfast, lunch- same as the above except any non-veg item try to take paneer, and raatko dinner me 2 bajre ki roti gluten free, and keto palak paneer, or paneer bhurji cooked in olive oil no other oil only olive oil and a tomato and cucumber as a source of salad and daal and the most imp thing dont forget to consume 4l of water everyday and 3 hours of non-stop workout( weight training and cardio(strength training)) both

I'm 24 indian hindu individual, i eat chicken and rice no protein shake, eggs too for snacks, no steroids, daily gym and weighted and resistance training every day, even without roids in 2 yrs I'm having a decent physic and I'm doing it to stay healthy, Dharam apni jaga health apni gaja . If we Indians really want to compete against countries like China USA we gotta keep reality and Dharm separately.
