Peripheral vision is NOT a ‘peripheral’ skill, so let’s get to training…

As more and more studies are being done on peripheral vision it is ranked by some as the most important visual skill. The take-away? It’s important and shouldn’t be ignored.

Other things to know about peripheral vision? It’s trainable. It makes up more than half of your total field of vision. It affects your balance. It affects your movement. It affects your anxiety levels and emotional state. It affects pain levels. See what I mean by important?

In this week’s blog we take at look at the very vital skill and topic of peripheral vision (but not directly, for those who are on theme).

We have said this before and will continue to say it; vision is a trainable skill. This is also true for peripheral vision. We encourage you to do even just the basic experiment and notice how much it improves by just bringing attention to it.

We look forward to answering your questions and hearing about your experiences.

See you next time!

P.S. If you play group sports or are in group situations regularly in life you will notice significant changes for you in those environments.

Video Highlights:
- Defining and explaining peripheral vision.
- The body-wide impacts of peripheral vision.
- Clear instructions to start training today.
