Sword is a good choice, Crit rate substat is great and there are a bunch of strong sword users, Havoc Rover and Danjin, and there will be more sword DPS coming soon, like the pink-haired phoenix lady in 1.1. Second choice I'd say Cosmic Ripples, it's atm the best after Stringmaster, though you can also use the battlepass one.
However, if you use Jiyan or Calcharro as your main DPS, then the greatsword is placed 1st before those two. Or if you're going to pull for Jinhsi and can't/won't pull for her weapon. The order just depends on the main team I suppose.
The Havoc Rover+Danjin mains will choose a different weapon than Calcharro+Yinlin for example.

I agree with the choices. Especially with Changli using a one hand sword, and Jinhsi using a broadblade

I have jiyan and his signature weapon, got yinlin and the std 5* weapon for her .... Also have calcharo and the std 5* weapon for I donno what weapon should I pick... I do use mortefi with jiyan so I'll mostly go for the gun but should I go for the sword more ?

sword or gun simple as that, sword especially for danjin and just forget about midcharo hes weak anyways
