There is no formula for Hamilton paths.  There is, however, a formula for Hamilton circuits in a complete graph.  So if your graph has, say, 11 vertices and you know it is a complete graph, then there are 10! Hamilton circuits.  If it is complete with 8 vertices, then there are 7! Hamilton circuits.  The formula for that is always (Number of vertices - 1)!.
