Will this work on the T-mobile branded Note 7? I can pop my Tmo sim into my Verizon Note 7, add the APNs and it works fine because it's unlocked right out of the box but Tmo has theirs locked and I paid retail.

this method exists for over a decade I think. People import sale-off AT&T and T-mobile phones from US to re-sell them here in Vietnam, totally un-locked and usable by this method.

how this works for me?
in my country phones soo expensive (turkey)
if i buy a phone in usa or dubai, i need to pay for all phones like 70 dollars tax here to unlock my phone imei number for a use here.

example i have htc one m7 phone in turkey i buy in vodafone 2 years ago. using vodafone sim card too. i go and buy htc m9 in saudi arabia. come back here in turkey. i put the phone my already using with one m7 phone vodafone sim card. i have 1 month to pay the tax for this one or i cant use this phone any sim card.

soo unlockriver says Price: $12.50 for this phone in here vodafone. looks more logical price like this.
but this is works for me like this?
in turkey we have 3 carrier. can i have to use only vodafone when i use this way or can i use other 2 carrier to this way?
