Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine, our pelvic pain specialists provide a functional, rehab approach to pelvic pain. When you visit one of our offices, you spend an hour with your doctor reviewing in detail your medical history and symptoms. Then, we perform an internal exam (no speculum) to evaluate your nerves and muscles. Together, we'll discuss an individual treatment plan that gets to the root cause of your pain and helps you to feel better. The best part: you can begin treatment the same day!

At PRM, our mission is to decrease the time patients are suffering from pelvic pain symptoms.

Hi guys, it's your favorite nurse practitioner, Myesha Banks, here! Just wanted to clue you in on a few facts about your period. If your bleeding is heavy enough that you're using two feminine care products to catch leakage, like using a tampon or menstrual cup and then you're also wearing a pad to catch leakage, that's too heavy. If you're sleeping at night with towels on your bed or you're putting towels on your car seat during your commute, your bleeding's too heavy. If you're seeing blood clots pass, or changing your feminine care product more than once every couple of hours, that's too heavy - tell your doctor. And if your period is also very painful, you're doubled over, you're using a heating pad, you're taking ibuprofen, you call off work or school, you miss social outings with your friends or your family because of your pain with your period, that's too much pain for your period - not normal! Get with a healthcare provider who will listen and offer some solutions. Be well!

When I was 16 or 17 my period was so painful and heavy, I heated up a heating pad so much that I had burned my skin on my abdomen and didn’t realize it until I went to urgent care because I couldn’t bare of the period pain and the doctor examined me and told me I had burned myself without realizing. Menstruation sucks.

Walmart assurance adult diapers for bedtime. At least for the first night. Im in PeriMenopause so My period is for less days but heavy for two days. It's not uncommon. I've had everything scanned. Im very close to menopause so not really worried about it

As someone who has tried numerous medications for painful periods without much success, I'm excited to learn about Planet Ayurveda's solutions. It's time we prioritize holistic approaches to women's health.
