The kids name was Caleb, when going on the ride he was with 2 girls, but there was a weight limit, the most heavy went in front as the lightest goes in back, the 2 girls were much older as to the fact the girls called it body shaming and made Caleb go in front, before the ride started Caleb's cousin warned him about a lose seatbelt, Caleb went anyway, once the ride started Caleb started flying out because of the lose seatbelt, Caleb's head was caught on the net and we was decapitated, his body was still on the net as his head was found at the bottom and blood was in the water, the family sued the company for over 1m dollars
At that time it was 2016 and Caleb was 10
