African grey step up training

Thank you I will absolutley try this tomorrow, got an african grey last saturday. His name is Bjørn, 2 years old, lived whole life in 2 different petshops. Im exited and we start to get good friends, but step up makes him scared, hands etc. Thanks again from Norway 👌

I gotta admit, I've seen alot of videos, yours is without a doubt most helpful, I got an African Grey but this guy want to always bite the living hell out of me, but I can feed him sunflower seeds, I don't know what much to do honestly

This is simply amazing on how fast you were able to gain his trust. I am in the same situation with my African grey. Except my guy is a special needs and is not food motivated. He takes the treats from me and just throws them at me in return.

I met you in Blackpool and you recommend a bird for me to get and I got it it’s a kakariki. But he seems to bite if you get this message please could you give me some tips because that would be really helpful, thanks
