I have been struggling with severe depression since I was 13 (I'm 48) now. Keto really helped but since going carnivore 5 months ago my depression and anxiety have gone. If I do get depressed it only lasts a day max not two or more months like before. I don't take any meds either. I will never stop eating a keto/carnivore diet

Struggling with severe depression not being to get out of bed becoming suicidal I decided to start the carnivore diet within the first 10 days my depression had almost disappear and started regain energy to exercise again I am amazed I felt amazing eating organ meats. I have now stopped taking antidepressants.

<---- 20+ years with daily stomach issues, bloating, pain, cramping (3 yrs vegan during that time not to mention EVERY other possible diet style)... 3 months keto.. I had less symptoms but still not cleaned up... within the first month of carnivore I've had ZERO digestive issues. 20+yrs fixed in 1 month... crazy. Now when I "cheat" and eat dairy or small portions of vegetables the bloating and pain comes right back. I was also dealing with high anxiety early this year. Within the first couple of month of carnivore I started feeling more myself and the anxiety is all but gone. Not every day is perfect but far more perfect days since. Not to mention down 70 lbs since January! I'm a true believer! Thanks for the content Kait and my Chirp should be here in 2 days! Keep rocken please and thank you!

Things ive noticed just in my first 2 weeks
More energy, less hungry (despite doing a 23 hour water fast each day), eczema clearing up, depression lifting, anxiety lessening, clearer thoughts / more focus, libido (i actually have one again)
ok the last is going to sound weird but i can feel my body shape changing and improving, im not just gaining muscle and burning fat but this has improved my posture both when resting and walking, which has led to my "permanent" vertebrae damage in my lumber region (which causes multiple and frequent disc slips) improving and giving less pain - ino longer walk like an old man with 2 walking sticks, but like a younger man with just one stick and tbh im using that stick more as a back-up than something i constantly lean on

And to reiterate, im literally only on day 15 or 16, i can only imagine what i will be like in another month or so, its looking quite likely that i shall be 21 again :)

To anyone still pondering if to go carnivore - take the plunge, the worst thing that can happen is your old dogma may be shattered, and who needs cake when you can have all this instead

I don't think the skin improvement is superficial, if your insides aren't healthy, it shows in your skin. I think it's a good indicator of gut health.

I'd add simplicity and time-saving. You don't have to scour the whole supermarket to do your groceries. You go straight to your items and head for the till. Cooking is also simpler, and since most carnivores practice IF, we don't cook so often. That means less clean up.
I'd also add appetite control but I guess it is included in weight loss. Still, never being hungry/hangry makes me feel like a superwoman. I just keep going and going hunger-free, like the Energizer bunny. You don't have to interrupt your day to have a snack.
I 100% agree about mental health. My anxiety is so much better now, and I don' feel down so often.

I was on Carnivore for only three months and my bad liver numbers were cut in half to a healthy level, Triglycerides dropped significantly and my bs, which has been on a steady incline for 3 years dropped by 30%. Pretty incredible results. I focused on beef and eggs 👍

Been carnivore for the last eight months and my anxiety has gone almost completely away, my depression has gotten MUCH better for me. I'm 43 and suffered depression since I was 10. NEVER has it been as calm and quiet in my life as it is now. The things I have a passion for are coming back full force and it is changing my life. Also, my skin is less oily and softer(although pork does affect that as well, so I don't do pork often if at all, but who can stay away from bacon?), my sleep is more consistent, more regular, and I'm down 30lbs from when I started. More consistent energy, better cognitive do I need to keep going on?

I am a 75-year-old male and have suffered from gout since I was in my 30s for about the last year and a half I've eaten a carnivores diet. For the last six months, I have been a strict carnivore. No gout! The one thing that I really relate to is all of my life I have suffered from mild acne. But for the first time in my life since I was 12 years old, I have gone the entire year without one pimple. My testosterone level is almost as high as when I was in my 20s. And I have lost about 60 pounds. The really exciting thing is that it's Easy you can sit down anytime you want and have a steak or a burger without the bun of course and everything is fine. You'll find out once you're on carnivore for a few weeks that you really don't want to do that Constant snacking, .If you really think you can't go without sweet things entirely have an Atkins bar once a day, you want to avoid the ones with nuts or have a slice of ketogenic cheesecake. But stay with it, it's worth it even our caveman ancestors occasionally had a little honey.. Carnivore is much better for your acne than Accutane or any of the other stupid creams.

I am just starting carnivore. I’ve been keto for 2 years and have healed arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes, allergic reactions, PCOS etc however I’ve noticed that every time I would eat a big spinach salad I would have stomach issues, insomnia and my head would feel like it was going to explode. I’ve been researching and have decided to try carnivore. Thank you for your video.
