Thanks so much for watching! (So sorry that I am sick by the way) Who was your favorite Hero from the show? Let me know!

The show's geometric art-style is what really stands out to me. Back when watching this show, I always feel bad for Commander ApeTrully because he always gets captured when he tries to make peace with the animals.

Well, there was a scene where Yaksha dies. Leaving a devastated Sonia that cried about losing a really close loved one. A tank soldier tries cheering her up, even saying the words "I love you, Mystic Sonia." Sonia asks him to say it again, twice, and he gets turned into another Yaksha. Which makes her happy and whole once again to see Yaksha, like he was reincarnated.

That's honestly the darkest part of the show, yet it's celebrated as a miracle. This show is amazing.

Man, I feel like a part of my memory has been awoken after being dormant for many years, I used to LOVE this show and I somehow forgot about it

You gotta admit, Jumpy is the perfect “Cute doesn’t always mean Nice” character.

To this day as an adult I’m disappointed there was no episode they learned about Ape Truly’s secret identity and had a heart warming scene of accepting him in the end.

Man, I didn't realize how much I missed "pre adventure time" cartoon art styles until I remembered all my childhood classics such as Billy & Mandy, Hero 108, Ying Yang Yo, and so and so on

I always liked how unique the animal abilities were for them, like you had jumpy the rabbit turning a jump rope into a ball of death, ducks who folded in puzzle pieces flattening each other, a gorilla going into the pouch of a kangaroo for a buff man combo, I'm sure there are others but those are the only ones off the top of my head. Always amazed me as a kid.

Used to watch this every morning, didn’t fully understand the plot of the show but it was fun to watch no less. It reminded me a lot of that Lilo and Stitch show where they rounded up all the other experiments.

You're telling me this show had an actual ENDING??? I remember watching the episodes really late at night but I never knew there was an actual ending.

I have been in love with Hero: 108 for years. I've always been interested in the lore of the series, and would love for it to be brought back. Kinda figured no one would bring it up, but leave it to Jordan Fringe, master of remembering old cartoons, to put it back into the minds of his audience.

You're great, man. Keep it up!

Also, the ManRay and Patrick wallet joke, CLASSIC.

I remember coming home from school and watching this show everyday. Especially since I was such an animal lover as a kid, getting to see what animal they'd show on today's episode was exciting, that and the art style was so striking and unique that this show stayed in my memory long after it disappeared

I remember as a kid, I would watch Tom and Jerry knowing this show was next. I'd lay on the floor and watch the episodes, admiring every second of it! I had a rough childhood growing up, not a lot of money and foster care and even abuse, but this was one of the few bright memories of my past. Thank you Hero 108 for getting me through the tough times.

LITERALLY on the drive home yesterday I was thinking of this show but I COULD NOT REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS CALLED so I was hoping you would cover it

I can tell you why you didn't hear about this show: the show was basically tanked. The show had a total of two time-slots when it was on: the episode premiere slot and a graveyard 6:00 or 6:30 am time-slot. There was no catch-up marathon and there was no other way to actually go ahead and find it besides being up at 6 am to watch whatever re-run they put on. So it was very difficult to get any viewers and actually watch the show. So it really didn't get much of a chance to live it seems at least after that first season. The first season had decent marketing but the second I didn't even know existed because it wasn't marketed. Barely existed.

This brought back so much memories!

One specifically was that Lin Chung first started out as a not really good artist. But as you progress through every episode you can see he keeps improving his art little by little to the point after they rescued the camel king he declared a art contest against Lin Chung and Lin Chung won which made camel king salty and leave the team to be against them for that short bit till negotiating with him to come back.

It's very vague but my young child brain remembered that one detail about Lin Chung and really enjoyed seeing him achieve more and more in his art. Really set a nice message to keep going at it at the hobby you love, you will get better at it with practice in time.

Honestly happy to see that this show got an actual conclusion with the potential for more, that's shockingly rare
