Gamora acts more as Nebula, and Nebula acts more as Gamora

“I’m family” “So is he” reminds me of Nebula’s line in Vol2 “you aren’t friends all you do is yell at each other!” Drax: “you’re right we aren’t friends, we’re family”
Nebula’s come a long way

Nebula has really changed a lot. From hating her sister for being inferior and cruel, she now has a caring and connected family. At the present time I can also confirm that Nebula can defeat Gamora because of her growth and personality and strength. But now that doesn't matter anymore. What a well-built character.

Nebulas character development is and was the heart and soul of Guardians of the Galaxy.

Nebula *now has Gamora's leadership and kindness*
Gamora *now has Nebula's volatile violence*
Quill "this is ALL kinds of confusing..."

Good movie, but it really feels like we never had the time to mourn the OG Gamora :(

It’s funny how nebula went from being a sadistic and cruel psychopath to this kind and caring person

Can we agree that Nebula flawlessly called out Gamora for her selfishness

I know Quill is sad but that is not Gamora, not the one he knew. That's Thanos' daughter

The best part of this is how Nebula sticks up for Peter

Nebula is my favorite character in this movie, she's so badass and her dry humor is gold

I'm glad that Nebula is there to put a stop to this, I don't know if it's just me but I found Gamora a little annoying in this movie. I miss who Gamora used to be...

The way this scene wents from a Funny anger conversation to a Sad scene is brilliant...James Gunn stole the show❤

It's really interesting to note, that in all the previous GOG films, that OG Gamora would mention to Quill how he never returned to earth, and Peter would get defensive about it. In the end this version of Gamora(in not being the one he fell in love with) challenged his fear and taught him to move on and ultimately brought him back to earth...which was his biggest fear since the first GOG film. Both versions of Gamora contributed to him returning home, in different ways. Gunn did a phenomenal job with these character arcs, considering the overarching story of the MCU and Gamora's importance to the infinity saga.

It’s like gamora and nebula switched bodies

Gamora freaking out over the High Evolutionary was one of the highlights of the movie for me. If the deadliest woman in the universe doesn't want to face this guy, then he is most certainly not someone with whom to trifle.

This is not the gamora he knew. Shes angey, bitter, mean, and full of rage. She got mad at Peter because in spite of her not being his gamora he was getting through to her and that scared her. All she knew was pain and hurt. He was breaking through her walls she lashed out to protect herself. She didn't like the way he made her feel. Vulnerable, exposed, and that made her feel weak. Thanos really tried to beat all the love and trust out of her. Her rage and anger stem from her loneliness and lack of love in her life.
