How to turn on Closed Captions or Subtitles for any YouTube video

1. Go to the YouTube video
2. Look at the bottom of the video and notice the "CC" button - click it to turn it on.
On mobile:
1. Click on the video while it's playing.
2. Notice the "CC" button on the top right.
