Lactovit body wash with urea has been so helpful for my dark rough knees and its under $4 @ Walmart. My dermatologist prescribed ammonum lactate cream to soften the skin and another hydroquinone mixture to lighten. Great moisturizer is Alicia Keys soulcare body butter.

What about body hyperpigmentation on kiddos? My daughter is always bumping falling and getting scraped up while playing. They also do a lot of floor activities at school which means she’s on her knees a lot.
