With all due respect, I don't know anyone who chops trees for the exp. Especially early game it's really important to chop the tree fully for the resources.

the floors one only works on your farm and everywhere else it doesn’t affect walking speed, it’s a small difference but it adds up throughout the game

You forgot to mention that you should get extra cabins on your farm and upgrade them fully. Not only are they more spacious than a shed and take up less space but you also get more cellars to process that wine faster.

Chair one iz actually cool intel. Can I use tht method by puttin chair on npc path (Pam houze eg.) So they all move faster without ye need to be present/or blocking them? Suddenly made me think gahaha
