Brother can't tell you how much I enjoy your personality and adventures. You need a treble hook on a rope for those bike's and cart's once you find them it makes it a lot easier. Thank you and keep it up!

Have you thought about using a come along to retrieve heavy items? If you don't know what that is it's a small hand crank winch. You'd need to have somewhere to anchor it like a hand rail or post and you could even attach a grappling hook to the end. A simple come along would be easy enough to pack around in your bucket or backpack and they are fairly inexpensive. You'd want a small one that uses cable not chain, they are usually rated for around 2 ton it's a very common tool. You could even use it to pull really hard on a stuck magnet.
