"Cupid's bloody arrow" -- it's about a friends-to-enemies-to-lovers pairing, except one wants to kill the other at the moment.

"History is Written in Permanent Ink" is definitely my fave title. A fic about a character trying to change his and his friends' destiny, he knows is impossible to keep trying as he realises certain things keep happening just as he remembered them. Is a work in progress, but one of the fics I'm most happy with!

“Fly me to the moon”
It was based on the song, but I’m mostly proud of it because the moon is a huge part of the story and near the end the two main characters fly up to the moon.
(If that last part was confusing, keep in mind it was a Kirby fanfic)

Edit: another one I have is “Artificial Love” for an inanimate insanity fic. I thought it was clever because ‘artificial’ cause MePhone is one of the main characters, he’s a phone and phones are artificial. Toilet’s (another major character) ‘love’ for MePhone ended up being fake, so it was artificial love. (It was not a ship fanfic if you’re wondering)

Edit 2: I hate Artificial Love now lmao. (Not the title, I mean the story) it kinda sucks looking at it now but I was still new to writing.

My personal favorite is "The Last Rose"

Basically, the two main characters fall in love, and when they start dating, one of them gives a rose to the other every time they hang out. When the rose giver dies, the rose receiver becomes grossly obsessed with the roses, specifically the last rose that he received. Then he spends the rest of the story trying to live life without his first love, who was taken from him too soon.

I made a lot of dumb titles, so my best was definitely “Dandelion in a Coffee Cup”. It’s a shipfiction between two characters that would never be together in canon, but they somehow end up together by the end of the story. The description of this story is, “Watch how something that seems impossible slowly happens overtime.” (Also, one of the characters likes dandelions and the other likes black coffee, so there’s that as well.)
Edit: I also came up with another title for a potential fanfic in the same fandom called “Birds of Different Feathers” because the two characters involved hate each other (but would be forced to appear as if they’re best friends for…a reason I don’t know yet) AND they’re both named after birds.

Here are my favorites:
“Do You Believe Me?” - It’s a song from one of my favorite albums ever, and it shows how the fandom views the character it’s mainly about.
“Did You Check On Scenty?” - Scenty is the name of the main character. She’s always viewed as the perfect, mentally stable one who helps everyone when they’re at their lowest, and thus nobody thinks she needs help herself. Over time, as her responsibilities pile up and the threat of a murderer arises, she begins to literally crack under pressure and slowly descends into madness as her friends die around her. “Did you check on Scenty?” is the last spoken sentence before her own death is discovered by the side characters.

My favourite title is from an unpublished fanfic and it's "Blinded By Love" and it's about a character falling in love, while also going blind from his miscellaneous magic usage. Other titles that came to mind, mainly as chapter titles, that are all unused/unpublished are "The Fishes Between Us", "The Last Fish", "Sunflowers and Overgrown Gardens", "The Death Of You" and "Magical Children Are Invading Our Homes And Stealing Our Fish". The last title is for a crack fic, and no, I don't know why there's so many fish in my titles.

My favourite is probably "Why did we hate?" A bitter fic left unposted about two old war criminals having one final chat about their mutual distaste for one another before one of them gets a bullet to the head. Other working title was "I shot you yet you still won"

My favorite title I’ve written is “Re: Unfortunate Resurrection of Your Previous Patient.” It’s a humorous little crossover between “The Screwtape Letters” and “The Good Place, ” and I love the incongruity of calling a resurrection “unfortunate, ” as well as the suggestion that good old Uncle Screwtape might have adapted with the times.

Side note: I’m pretty sure I’ve seen “We Didn’t Start the Fire”! I think it’s a “Descendants” fic.

I have an unpublished fic called “Never Better”
I love the title for so many reasons. The characters in the story are seeing each other’s after a long time of being apart over an argument, so it’s like when you greet someone after a long time of not seeing them and ask how they are and they say “never better!” It’s also an ironic title bc the two are ABSOLUTELY not “never better” they are going through some *very* complicated feelings for each other and they are the *farthest* they could be from “never better”

One writer I am very fond of on AO3 has a piece titled, “You Broke the Looking Glass.” That title is good on its own. It sounds like it’ll be a reader insert story, doesn’t it? Well, that’s wrong. The main character of the story is named You, which makes the title can be said both in first and second person. Maybe it’s small, but that small thing about it makes me happy.
Also it’s just a really good fic and anyone here who likes Twisted Wonderland should absolutely go read it ‘cause it’s amazing and the author is really sweet and adorable too-

Eta: I also have one TWST piece I’m currently working on. It doesn’t include any canon characters and honestly could exist in its own world if I wanted it to, which I don’t. It’s called, “Give Me Water and I Shall Die, ” after that one line from the riddle that goes like:

Feed me and I shall live
Give me water and I shall die
What am I?

Another piece I’m working on, a wlw story featuring my and a friend’s OCs, is called A Sunlit Dream

Eta 2: I have a new one! An Invader Zim fic called, “Help Me Be Human.” It’s a quote I got from The Fly (1986), but is going to be part of a quote in the chapter I’m currently writing. The conversation goes something like this:

A: Out of anybody you could have latched onto, why was it me?
B: Maybe it’s because of your intellect, perhaps because you saved me from drowning. I think there’s just... something about you that makes you help me somehow.
A: Help you? What do you mean?
B: You just help me. You... you help me be human, I suppose

Also please note, the fic is OC centric. This conversation is not happening between two canon characters. It’s also like, the opposite of romantic dialogue since this conversation is where A tells B that he doesn’t have any romantic feelings for them anymore. I’m excited to write B coping with rejection and unrequited love because it’s something I haven’t done before c:

I've actually read the fic at 0:49, I remember because it's one of the better fics in a very small fandom that I'm in and I enjoyed it a lot. I saw the title and went "wait a minute"

- "Projectiles and Portals" (MCU AU starring Kate Bishop and America Chavez)
- "She of the Saltwater" (MonsterVerse, written as a gift for a friend and starring Tiamat, hence the title. The placeholder title for it was "Hollow Home" which is pretty good too)
- "The Woman and the Serpent" (SCP OC)
- "A Feathery Friend" (SCP crossover with an ARPG I'm in, Realm of Serpents, involving OCs)
- "Brother, Can You Hear Through the Flames and Rain?" (Realm of Serpents, taken from the lyrics of "Red-Winged Blackbird" by Palodine)

Followed by a funny one:
"That moment when a young kid has a nightmare so you and your buddies have a talk about racism at 2 AM" (GrishaVerse OCs)
Also all of these are short stories/oneshots/drabbles lol I do not have the attention span for long writing projects.

There are about a hundred fanfics I’ve started writing, but I haven’t finished a single one (and I’ve only published about 5)… So, you can guess I have some titles I’m proud of!

• “I hated you, but Cupid hated me” - my least favorite from the list, but I still like it a lot tho.
• “Asymptote” - An asymptote is a line to which the graph of a curve is very close but never touches it, so I thought I could be a great metaphor for love, being so close to that person, but never be able to be with them.
• “Yellow carnations” - Not a fic, but I still think about this story I never finished planning a lot since I loved the main theme: the yellow carnations, which can have a very bad connotation. Flower language really is interesting.
• “Chocolate voice” - I can’t even explain how much I love this one.
• “One swallow does not make a summer” - I just love this proverb so much.

Oh, and by the way, all my fics are in Spanish, but I love to assign them English titles lol.
