Wife just let me purchase the 85" version to upgrade from our 2021 75" QLED, which is still perfectly good and going into another room with less glare effects. All because she had to go and get me a PS5 Pro, which already looks awesome on the QLED.

The auto backlight adjustment. I have no idea why more tv dont have this. I had a Vizio over 15 years ago that had ambient light sensor. And it automatically lower the backlight at night. And raised it during the day or when lights were on. Then i never saw a tv with that again.

The screen of my tv Samsung Neo Qled suddenly stopped working after 18 months. Now, Samsung Brazil wants to charge me more for the piece to fix it than it would cost me to buy a new TV. Many people having the same problem with this TV and Samsung does nothing.

Purchased Top of the line samsung Tv barely got past the warranty period before developing a screen fault contracted samsung middle east and was informed that they would not quote for a replacement panel unless I paid AED 200 for a service technician to confirm the completely obvious faulty panel. Lesson learned if you buy samsung expect to replace it in less than 2yrs with another brand of tv the last Samsung tv i will purchase. Buyer beware Samsung policy is the will not quote for replacement parts unless you pay a service fee for the privilege of confirming the repair cost entirely unreasonable best avoid the brand
