A Tabata timer with a female voice and no music. This is a standard 20 / 10 Tabata timer with eight 20-second rounds separated with 10-second rest intervals. The Tabata timer duration is just under 4 minutes. The Tabata timer also includes a 5-second preparation interval at the beginning and a 1-minute break once the timer is complete.
Our timers are big, bold, and beautiful. They look extremely professional in any environment. The main display shows how many seconds are remaining in the current interval. The background reveals the next interval by colour while also indicating the progress through the current interval. The top display tells you the total time elapsed and remaining for the workout and the name of the current interval.
A female voice will announce the round number at the start of each round and will announce when rest intervals begin. During the rest interval, she will inform you how many rounds there are remaining before counting you in to the next round.
Repeat this timer multiple times for workouts such as CrossFit's "Tabata This" workout. Or simply run this playlist where the timer is repeated for you.
