That thumbnail is a little outrageous lol. My grandma and drummer are all about sweet potatoes. A local sports bar serves the fries with a really good honey butter and it’s definitely legit. Haven’t tried it with kimchi yet- though I’ve definitely had kimchi with various forms of potatoes.

This combo is so good! I discovered it by accident when hungry but lazy. I had air fried some sweet potatoes but wasn’t feeling for sweet (usually have as is or with cinnamon and maple syrup). Decided to add kimchi as it was the only savoury thing I had going on in the fridge at the time. Bam! Is so good.
