This is just straight up Gnosticism. I mean that with all sincerity. This is exactly what they were teaching. Our consciousness is universal, we are simply constrained by the physical body & world, and are in a constant state of growth meant to move beyond that. According to the Gnostics, that is the true ‘gospel of God’; ‘God the Father’ is our universal conscience, ‘God the Son’ is our physical form and ‘God the Spirit’ is our individual spirit that makes us unique in the whole. Basically. Others could, and have, explained it better than I.

I've been doing The Gateway sessions but haven't heard such a nice overview. I figured I would eventually figure out all the techniques as I went (since there has been so summary) except I often fall asleep. I've gotten to balloons and focus12. My spiritual practice has gained in leaps and bounds, often painfully so this year. But it has also included mushrooms & ketamine, existentialism, Kybalio n, subtle energy exercises, bodywork, lots of content consumption of videos and reading, Meditation and Mystery school teaching (Rosacrucian, Gnostic), shadow work. Basically putting everything in the blender of my mind and seeing what happens. I've become more conscious, more susceptible to astronomical influences, and after believing I was likely going through mental crisis/psychosis, coming out healthier than I've been in many years. I'm wiser and more grounded... now.
