Concerning CIA inducing heart attacks, this happened to me: While teaching an engineering class, I tried to create a lab for my students where they could create nylon. I found a procedure on the Internet. It used a chemical that I know nothing about. So I asked our Organic Professor about any hazards. He said: No, you can't order that chemical because the CIA controls all of the chemical. They do that because the chemical can cause heart attacks and can't be traced. I found a different way for my students to create nylon that didn't use that chemical.

A little advice for the CIA. When you are trying to run an op on a CI and you don't want them to know you are involved you shouldn't act so awkward and fearful when you are on the phone with them. Especially if your target has enhanced sensory perception.
