Why You Need Wireless Headsets On Set | Filmmaking Gear 101

In this episode I wanted to share the Wireless headset I used when working as a Director of Photography on productions with smaller crews and why they are essential in making sure that you have these on set. Ultimately they are to help you communicate effectively with your crew. Most times you will see this or walkie talkie surveillance mics on set. There are a lot of choices when picking a headset and most times you don't have to own your own because on bigger productions they will provide them for you but as a filmmaker if you catch yourself working with a small skeleton crew a lot these may be something worth investing in.
