I'm totally with Anodea, that for each individual to flourish, a new paradigm of holistic spiritual healing is in order, one that integrates all aspects of the self, as well as all types of energies and deep inner healing. Hi anodea, my experience with chakra meditation is very bad. I am in deep trouble because of this. After seeing your masterclass I did solar plexus awakening meditation and after that I am feeling a constant pain in my stomach. Before this meditation I could eat and drink anything. Now I cannot eat properly. If I eat more than few spoons pain increases in stomach. I have a few sleepless nights also because of this pain. Please can you help me undo all this. I want my earlier peaceful life.
