Why you bein crazy? Tag someone who likes to flail in their movements.

You can train however you want, but if your goal is to strengthen the abdominals and obliques, then slow down and emphasize the abdominals and obliques. Using momentum makes things look cooler/bigger/stronger sometimes but it’s actually much harder to slow down and move with focus and control.

Also, what did I say??? The stuff that comes out of my mouth when filming sometimes… lol
