This Punch Will Finish Anyone #shorts

Tony Jeffries shares the punch that could finish any one in fights no matter how big and strong they are. The punch that you need to learn is a straight back hand which is your power hand and you need to hit them at their solar plexus. I don't recommend fighting but you need to learn to defend yourself.

I sparred with my buddy, and he gave me 3 quick jabs right in the solar plexus. I can confirm, that had me out of commission. I was on the floor gasping for breath like a fish out of water. Getting hit in the solar plexus is like a cheat code, it freaking works.

A friend introduced me to a special forces guy and said hit him where ever and he'll take you down. We were all having fun so it was an appropriate thing to do so I took a mock swing at him... he barely touched me right there and I immediately dropped to my knees. It was amazing how well this works.
