I enjoy calling them SJWs, primarily because of the delicious irony in the term.
I served in the military, and every professional soldier, whether liberal or conservative, knows (and is trained on) what a terrible problem "friendly fire" is. Aside from the moral and ethical problems posed by friendly fire, it's a logistical worst-case scenario:
1. You're wasting bullets
2. You're not killing the enemy
3. You're diminishing your own forces by killing them instead
4. You're lowering morale and troop commitment to the cause

In every aspect of friendly fire, you're only hurting yourself and helping your enemy. And this is what a SJ "warrior" does because they're so uneducated and inept at waging actual war that they don't know how to stop shooting their potential "allies" in the back. Rather than blaming racists for racism, homophobes for homophobia, sexists for sexism, etc., they just blame all those things on cis white males and the patriarchy, ensuring that they'll never get what they want because they turned 40% of the population into their enemy by shooting them in the back. Because they're naive, ideological idiots who've never gotten a real job or served in a real military, where they teach you tactics, logistics, and tact.

As for equality, this is obviously a bad thing because SJWs stand in the way of realistic progress. But if we're going to spin our wheels forever and not get anywhere anyway because the majority of the human race is always going to be stupid... well, the smart ones among us might as well enjoy the schadenfreude along the way.

When I first heard ppl using "SJW" I was kinda hesitant to use it because I was like "It's a dumb name for them... Social justice is great..." and I like went to a social justice class in high school and it was good... Mainly just talked about various horrible issues like female genital mutilation in third world countries and such and I did a presentation on Holodomor... And then eventually I explained my thoughts to my friend and he was like "Well, it's more about the 'warriors' part, like, they're overly aggressive about it." and I was like "Sure, okay, I'll start using this term I guess for them since it's the best term out there to get the message across as to who I am criticizing."

Years later we're suddenly like "SJW, that's a cringe term! What's wrong with social justice!?" and I'm just like "Oh..."

What these people always never think through to the end is that at the end of the day discrimination always affects an individual and individuals are not statistics. It makes no difference to that individual whether or not it shares some trait with the majority or a minority or what the statistical average happens to be. The particular instance of injustice doesn't change because of an average, just like you don't get more of a heart attack if the average risk for a heart attack increases.

I mean I understand when an SJW says that most depictions of women in movies and games are unattainable if you're not in very good mental and physical health. As a white cis boi, I can feel that too when all "strong" and "successful" men are depicted as rich, muscular, and macho, while I'm a chubby walrus. I do feel that something is wrong with me, that I'm not successful or inherently wrong, even though I work and make money, I'm trying to be healthy both physically and mentally, but for the capitalist media, it's never enough. This is the toxic expectation is what drives most SJWs to criticize games, some of this criticism may be hyperbolic and prudish, but let's not fall into the incel, alt-right, misogyny rabbit hole.
