The first lady is misunderstanding how following people online works. If you have followers who follow you for the "fat content" but stick around when you pivot your channel to weight loss content, that means they're following you for your personality, not your fatness. If you have a following built on fatness, it will dwindle when you start losing weight.

"No one told me" is such a bad argument . When I was a kid no one told me a lot of things, I had to figure out on my own, that's called adulting. I am fat and happy. I am not miserable. But I still enjoy exercising everyday and eating well. I love lifting weights. It also results in getting smaller. You can be happy AND change your body.
