I got the e-mail from Microsoft of unusual sign in activity and when I review activity I found unusual activity detected, that Microsoft is administrator of my device at the time when I received email I changed my Google account password which was not even linked with Microsoft account nor in the device but the recovery email was there in device and the ip address from where the email suspicious activity detected is same as my phone, both laptop and phone is connected with same router, what does it mean my wifi router have been hacked or what?

My Microsoft account is hacked and the password is same as my chrome account which is not linked with Microsoft so my chrome account is safe? I don't find any suspicious activity from chrome account
