Nylon fuel line repair!

This kit works, but I would highly recommend the kit from S.U.R.&.R.

UPDATE: A non-too-strong heat gun is actually best.

I was just looking at that kit yesterday, although I have to deal with going from metal, no one makes the line for my 1995 f350 extended cab 7.3, and everything I read says the length matters with these engines. Now that I have seen it in use... I just might pick it up.

Never micky mouse a fuel line always replace the entire line unless you like fire under the hood, replacing the entire line will not only be cost effective but much safer as well. Be safe people.

I have a faulty fuel line connector on fuel filter (o-ring broken). I cut out the connector from the nylon fuel tube and now have to to install another one. The problem is that I have to install connector on a fuel line which is already installed on a car (I cannot remove the whole fuel line). I planned to heat a fuel pipe with a heat blower (200 degC) and then put the connector on a pipe with hands because I do not have enough space to use any tool (fuel pipe is to short). Do you have any kind of suggestion and is it dangerous to manipulate with heath blower at 200 degC in close proximity of fuel tank.

We need to see film of how the factory does it, I doubt they use hot water during installation.

Damn 3800s all get the S.U.R.&.R. rail fitting after you nudge it doing plugs/wires. Right before you do the coolant elbows. Which get done right before you find the intake burnt thru cuz the last guy didn't put the aluminum tube in. "I love my job. I love my job..." gotta convince myself eventually.

i pushed my trunnk button while inside, it popped my m4 trunk then we proceeded to have a hurricane come through, had 6 in of water in the trunk, blew my amp. 2k to fix it all

That hot water bs doesnt do anything. Ive put a piece of line in a pot and boiled it tried to put the fitting in and no go.
