FIRST IMPORT OS IN YOUR DJANGO SETTINGS THEN USE VARIABLE MEDIA_ROOT.. eg - import os ELSE IT WILL SHOW ERROR.

harry bhai, maine exact same procedure folow kiya hai jaise aapne bataya the media folder add karne ke liye, and mera folder ban bhi gaya and usme imaages bhi add ho rahi hai but jab main oon iages par click karta hoon apne django admin page se toh error show karte hain ki
