So this is just a basic striking drill for bojutsu training, learning how to deliver strikes both to the lower area and to the high area.

that not what i mean. maybe i misread your comment but it seemed like u were saying that you can learn martial art solo which is just not true. me im trained in muay thai and judo been studying since i was 13, 20 now. i am 100% certain that if you have no training and come at me with no skills you will regret it.i have been self training myself in bojutsu for 3 years now, in a couple more years i can guarantee i can defeat some who was trained properly and been practicing for many years.

not true at all your just repeating what u have heard. example their are people out on the streets(non-trained) who skills surpass that of someone trained. the key is doing what works for you because someone had to create the martial art form which means they learned it on their on. you just need someone to train with. thats why their are so many different combat stances
