Some of the comments here are disgusting. I'm glad Constance Wu's able to speak up about what she went through. Plus to those saying to out the harasser, I get it but remember this is Wu's decision, and hell maybe she isn't able to name them due to the power they hold. There are a ton of reasons why someone may choose not to clarify but we shouldn't make others feel uncomfortable in doing so. Although I love FOTB it's understandable why she doesn't want to go back to that. I hope she's doing well and wish her every luck!

As a man, I'm appalled by the actions of whoever did that to her. Whats more disgusting, is the nation not listening to her as well as not doing anything about it. Honestly i didnt understand her online rant about fresh off the boat being renewed when it happened . Like everyone else, I thought she was ungrateful complaining about a show that made her famous, and at the time she was fresh of the success from crazy rich asians . Everyone talked how she was being a greedy and not thinking of her co-stars who need a job . But i did feel bad when she talked about bout the online harrassment due to this incident, she did say she was being human and dont want to hide who she was . And also apologized to her co-stars for what she said and that her comment wasn't directed towards them. But now it makes sense, she was fed up having to work in an environment like this but couldn't coz she would be out of a job . Especially in hollywood where u never have a steady flow of income . Many would say she could have left, but their is contractual obligations and why should she give up on her dream coz of bad guys who tried to take advantage of her . Its a dirty industry and unless you have a strong mentality and will to persist you wont make it.
