Hi Lu Chin, I am pleased with the program for stretching. I used to put in many hours at the gym doing both yoga and weight training. After the lockdown I lost momentum to restart. One hip as well as knee on same leg have arthritis that makes it difficult to restart where I left off. The range of motion on weak leg is compromised, but it was possible to do the exercises in the video, although not easily or fully. I have followed your other videos, yet did not comment. The softness in your voice is encouraging, as are the movements. I will continue because your methods are doable.
