The difficulty is not having millions of other life bearing planets to compare measurements to over meaningful time periods.

The reason he is able to determine health markers in his body is because we have studied thousands or more of people to determine that certain health markers lead to better health outcomes.

The planet is so complex of a system that we are probably still mostly guessing at how inputs and changes in markers will affect it over a very long period of time

Anti aging is a horrible term. There is nothing wrong with aging - it’s a privilege that not all folks get to enjoy.
There is healthy living and then there is this extreme scenario which seems very limiting.
