Just be consistent Julius !!!! I respect Giannis because of his no nonsense attitude. He wants to succeed and works hard to achieve. The guy was booed and fans from opposing teams were mocking him while shooting free throws. He wasn’t upset or got distracted. Instead, he worked even harder and had a perfect free throw percentage in the Finals. Love that mindset. Julius needs that Giannis mindset

How to Fix the Knicks:

1. Trade Randle & see if you can get back a Guard like Fox or Murray, if not then another young athletic Guard with upside & picks
2. Trade Fournier, DRose, Noel, Burks, Taj, Kemba…all the Vets need to go. Front Office needs a reality check on where the team is at. They are closer to the bottom than they are Top 5 in either conference.
3. Keep: RJ, Cam, Obi, Grimes, Sims, McBride
4. Move: IQ, Mitch (IQ is duplication of Grimes bc they are both SGs, neither is a creator or penetrator or NBA starter, don’t need both. Mitch is in a contract Year & you can’t pay him when you don’t have the most important pieces yet & Mitch has offensive limitations & chronic injury problems)
5. Seriously look at a replacement for Thibs. He’s a good coach for a team that is ready to win now, this is not that team. Knicks are rebuilding & need development & need to find better perimeter talent & athletes

As a Knick's fan the main thing people hate is how it just looks like Randle doesn't care. All the kids on the team are so hungry. RJ is built for this market and he's already more mature of a leader at age 21. It's just sad. And then Toppin off the bench brings unreal energy and effort and as a fan it shows
