I am not sure of this list. We as Sri lankans smile with every damn stranger and help them as much as we can. I do not know this is damn true with rest of the nationalities. Perhaps, a tourists to Sri lanka would vouch for this.

We Filipinos we are more friendly and hospitable, we help foreigners when they are lost or their cars got mechanic problems...
Filipino workers in abroad also loves to make Filipino food in potlucks and bring it for their foreign co-workers.

We Filipinos still smiling despite of having many problems in life.

Filipinos still invited you into their family party even you're just a stranger or just passing by.

You cannot experienced these level of Hospitality and positive vibes on westerners.
