But there's no doubt that some countries are friendlier than others, and in this video, I share with you (what I think are) the 10 friendliest countries in the world, and the reasons why they're so friendly!

I remember i was staying at a hotel in Philippines, and on the otherside of the hotel wall was a small hut where i saw a few phillipino children playing games, I started speaking to a phillipino girl and she was the sweetest person ever, she told me she only eats one cup of rice a day and she shares a small room with four other siblings, yet she carried the most genuine smile i’ve ever seen, she was happy and so were all her siblings and friends/family she was with. it was so touching and i was glad to make friends with such friendly people. I bought a t-shirt for the girl which i gave her before i left. That was the last i ever saw her, i hope she’s well and her smile and that memory stays with me forever. I love the philippines

Philippine, Iran and Netherland do have one of friendliest people and they are all very warm and genuine. I would like to add Scotland into the list as i do think Scottish are joyful and friendly as well. I am surprised you mentioned Malaysia which makes me proud as i am a Malaysian and i am happy you find my country's people friendly :)

Almost every filipino I know in the USA is a nurse, a very suiting job, and Filipinos are some of the friendliest people I know

I've had this guy back in the Philippines who helped me and my girlfriend from the strong rain once before and let us in his home. When he sees us having a doubt to go in his house, he let us stay at his porch gave us some new shirts and coffee. We saw a lot of little kids and some Old people living in his house and thought they was his family. When the rain stopped he even offered to drive us back to our resort and so we did since it was an open jeepney transport. Little did we know one of the resort staff who saw us dropped by the guy who helped us was famous in his town by helping whoever people in need around the vicinity and even adopts people who doesn't have home whatever age they were. We go back to his house and wanting to hand out some money to help him and of course he declined it. It was way back 2018 the last time I visited Siargao (Philippines) til then I've been sending at least 5 to 6 thousand pesos to his address anonymously.
