Snapped out of being on autopilot for a while recently, and have been researching countermeasures to prevent it from happening as easily or for as long before I note it and "wake back up."

This is important and for those people on the comments just to let you know even though you make time for yourself and no matter how discipline do you have you still will zone out on your productivity, autopilot zone out is the main cause where people don't get anything done, I'm glad to pull out the weakness all the way the end after doing 90% of everything. Now we know that we need to be focusing exactly on this rather than other stuff and manys don't know this
