We must do better for our young people as it affects men too. We wents back 100 years by this mess. Because a handful of judges let political beliefs alter their judgement, it is unfair to put other judges into the same box. Just find a way to rid the judiciary of the biased judges in a quick and lawful way.

Why are judges always looking for ways to free Trump? I believe Americans aren’t stupid. They understand when judges are playing games and when they mean to defend the constitution!

Bradley Moss stated unequivocally that this vagueness motion to dismiss has been denied every single time in federal cases. If that is so, why can't Smith appeal this non-decision to the Court of Appeals? Allowing a defendant the opportunity to raise an issue that has been rejected in all other cases after double jeopardy adheres would seem to be an error that the appeals court should reject in the interests of a fair trial.

I say it over and over again: judges should never be appointed by the President, their own boss! That completely defeats the purpose. No checks and balances there. Who came up with this this stupid idea??
Judges should be appointed by the people or another government body period!
