" bravely isn't just about coming out but being positive... " I needed to hear that, I've been worrying about coming out for the past year really, but I know if I come out no one close to me would be supportive or postive.

This is so clear, amazing as usual Blair! As a pansexual non-binary person with bipolar disorder I have had to come out many times with many people and every single time is different. Honestly, the journey of knowing myself and acknowledging that I am valid and that I deserve love as much as anyone else has not being easy but it is totally worth it. Especial the part when you "come out to yourself", that's the most important one, the rest can wait as long as you are doing your best to love yourself in a world that teaches us so much hate.

They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. (Quran 61:8)

thank you for highlighting the idea of not coming out. i have been a masc presenting person since i was a kid and everyone around me assumed that i was gay and everything else under the sun before i even understood what that meant for myself. i experienced lots of hate for just dressing how i feel most comfortable and now that i have the language i know who i am and what i believe about sexuality is my own and that even when you tell people who you are they don't always understand and would rather keep the idea of you they have constructed. so i believe in the glass closet idea is my best option that people who know what queer or trans is see that in me cause im not hiding anything but those outside of that understanding don't perceive me and im not opening that door for them.

Thought this would be relatable but her mom accepted her since the beginning and even knew the word bisexual whereas my mom put me into therapy and destroyed my phone.
You‘re saying that coming out doesn‘t have to be this big thing but for many of us even coming out „chill“ or „in a joking way“ is very dangerous. We literally are trapped

You are supposed to be living THE truth, which is, the Word of God, not "your truth." You find your identity in God, not your own feelings. The reality is, God created man, to live as man, and woman, to live as woman, and condemns any sexual union outside of marriage between a husband and his wife as an abomination. Adherence to God's Word is neither a phobia, nor an oppression, it is obedience to God. Oppression comes from those who wish to replace the absolute Truth of God's Word with their own "truth, " as the lgbtq+ agenda seeks to do, to anyone who disagrees with them, the ones with a very real phobia, called alethophobia - crippling fear of the truth. One has to completely ignore reality, to follow the myths and assumptive rhetoric of the lgbtq+ propaganda machine, because that is all it has to offer, pseudo-truth, aka lies.
