I have tried countless things. The sole things that really worked for me: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 30 minutes, eating right, using quality shampoo as well as oil. I use just liiitlleextra ccoconinon shampoo & hair oil together for this reason and it does the work. The hairfall got under control with it.

i could control hair fall and make my hair stronger by doing these things:

1- i ate more food with protein and vitamins like lentils, avocadoes, berries, chia seeds, nuts, beans, plain greek yogurt, spinach, soy bean, and so on.
2- i did yoga or exercise every day for 15 minutes to make my blood flow better.
3- i ate more protein and less junk food.
4- i drank 6-7 glasses of water every day.
5- i stopped using my old hair products and started using LitttleExtra’s coconion anti hair fall kit.
6- i oiled my hair only in the evening because it attracts dust and pollution during the day.
7- i stopped using plastic combs and started using neem combs.

by taking care of my habits and using the right products, i was able to solve my hair problems.

Remember that if you feel stress, any other emotional disorder your hair will reflect this. Sufficient sleep, workout not only for body but for the mental health, proper food, positive emotions and balanced intake of vitamins/supplements. You shouldn’t take more than 5 different supplements a day, better distribute them periodically. For me it works well if I take vit c 1 gr, zinc - 14 mg per week and daily fish oil with bigger concentration of dha (Nordic naturals for example) and complex of vit A+E. And I make natural masks for scalp before washing my hair and aloe vera soft part from their leaves once a week. So far got lion hair ..

Two really important things guys: Do not consume more than maximum of 40 mg of zinc per day, if you decide to try it. Zinc deficiency is very rare and toxicity from it would have some serious consequences. Also, do not take iron without checking your blood and ferritin levels first - too much iron will also cause your hair to fall out and a bunch of nasty other things. And your body will not get rid of it, unless you bleed or have doctors do platelet procedures. Thank you for this video, it is very informative, but unfortunately this information was not included.
