❤Sweet Moroccan marble 🇲🇦🇲🇦 locally known as “Zillija” is a type of traditional Moroccan cake🇲🇦, but the difference between our recipe is that we steam the dates to make them easier to control, then mix them with nuts, and the secret is to add orange blossom water, and place a layer of black chocolate on a covered tray as a base. We wait until it solidifies in the freezer, then we put a layer of dates, which is considered a filling, then we leave it to freeze in the freezer, then we put the white chocolate layer on the other side, then we leave it until it cools, and we decorate the white side with thin lines of black chocolate, so the dates become stuffed between two layers of different chocolate, then we cut them and put them in Paper templates for decoration.
