I don’t disagree with the week by week walkthrough, but rarely you will have a project go that way.
Last 2 weeks for completing QA? Sounds like some “death march” projects I have worked on in the past.
The one thing critical though is to get the design done before you start any development. We don’t want engineers to figure out your UX 😂 and plus we are very good at the how and why we are building software, not so great and the what.
