Mediterranean diet is arguably the best diet, because it can be practically followed by anybody, be it vegetarian or non-vegiterian. It also includes lean meats like Chicken or Turkey, which you have missed here.

I had acid reflux so I got ultrasound where they decided fatty liver. I am not obese, my bmi is 26 - so it’s overweight does that mean I have lean fatty liver or is it like regular fatty liver?

Just don't parrort what western health professionals say. Traditional Indian food is equally healthy or better than Mediterranean diet. Use of one's brain and intellect does not hurt!
