Just ordered my first set of Mighties!! I've played standard tuning all my life always with Super Slinkys, 9-42.
I like to play leads, tried the 8-38's once but hated them, while sometimes i feel the the Super Slinkys have just too much tension on the top .009 string. The second .011 is perfect so i was happy to see the second is still .011 and the top one is .0085. Hoping that i still get the same tone while i get slight less tension for more controlled bends and better overall playing.

Because of my work i suffer from tendinitis so really hoping these strings help me

I think I have a problem because I use the beefy bottom in standard E on my strat, I simply love it, perfection

I now play turbo slinkys on a 24.75 and I'm actually liking it very much. On a short scale 09s feel absolutely weird...and I need light on the high tìstrings and a bit of tensione on the lower ones. So the turbo are now my go-to set.

Iv been using skinny top beefy bottoms on my Gibson Explorer, I love the bottom end sharpness and then relly bright on the top.

I use 8s-38s and tried out the mighty slinky and love the feel of these strings I have big hands and never liked heavy strings 8s are really smooth and more bendable for sustainability and tone 🤘🤘

I'm in the process of EB strings that I'm glad I bought before researching. I used Elixir but was limited and I didn't like Addarioes and Sweetwater recommend their Earth acoustic strings also nylon ball ends and the Slinky series for my electrics and I'm very happy with ALL OF THE ABOVE!

I would go with the 10'5-52. I use 10-52 for just my les pauls and my jackson V. Those are also just tuned down a half step from E sometimes i drop the les paul to D standard or a veeeery wierd tuning, i call it half drop Bb. The E is tuned to Bb and the A is tuned to F but the rest of the strings is tuned to Eb tuning. It was used by a swedish guitarist called John Norum from the band Europe on thier album Start from the dark. They also used drop C#. Many of thie songs on that album were detuned. I have begun to use that tuning too for riffs....and the 10-52 works fine for that. I think John uses 11-48 for his guitars. He do uses 10-48 for his strats coated ernies. I use them on my SG.

Mighty slinkys for the win. Liked em all but those have the crispiest low end. Drop it with a digitech and your C's and B's are gonna be on fire.
