Ultra and Burly Slinky’s are the newest additions to​ the Slinky guitar string family. These new hybrid gauges combine popular slinky string sets offering additional options in terms of tone and feel. Ultra set combines Regular and Power Slinky sets, with gauges of .010, .013, .017, .028, .038, .048″ and the Burly set combines Power and Skinny Top Heavy Bottom Slinky sets, with gauges of .011, .014, .018, .030, .042, .052″.

I always played Super Slinky until now, but then yesterday when the local guitar store didn't have any of them left I thought _Why not try something new?_ so I bought Ultra Slinky. They're amazing!!! Never wanna miss them anymore! Now I just realized what big difference the strings make in the playing experience!

I like to keep the tension on all my guitars equal, to keep the same feel. Eg I used to combine reg's and power's plus a .74 for drop G# (7-string) in order to match the tension of a 6 string with hybrid Slinkys, but now I can literally just buy ultras instead. Thanks boys

Please do the set 6 strings, 10-56 for tuning drop C, with the first 3 strings ideal for bending, lead and the others for powerful bass and defined.

10, 13, 17, 30, 42, 56

It would be great since other companies do not have it available, and you would be left with the complete portfolio in hybrid and normal sets.

I'm still waiting for 8, 11, 14, 24, 32, 42 to come out so I don't have to make my own sets. If you make 9-46 and 10-52, why not add 8-42 for us that have had hand injuries and need to go lighter? 8-38 is a little too light on the low strings.
