Oh the nostalgia...! And here we are getting to halfway through 2021...this song takes me back to Rowley, MA around 1973...I was in 3rd grade in Miss McCormick's class at Rowley Elementary School...walking home with my brothers after school in the fall to where we lived on Pleasant Street...kicking leaves down the street...waving to Melissa Sims the girl who lived across the street from us...fresh baked chocolate cake when we got home...

Let me be the first to comment on one of my favourite songs. The first time I heard it was at "The Home County Folk Festival", and I never forgot it. In fact I rushed out and bought the Album of Loggins & Messina. I was about 18 then & am 61 now, so that just goes to show Only As Old As You Feel". I still feel like a kid and love much children's favourites like House At Pooh Corner & Puff The Magic Dragon !
