Where is the data from? I'd be curious what information it is based on. For example, the Brazilians could be largely people who have Japanese ancestry. A big part of the Koreans can be the Korean minority in Japan as they still have Korean citizenship.

Fun fact about Brazil. Brazilians are only in 4th not only because is a Japanese women’s preference. It’s also because most of the Brazilians who came from abroad don’t look for Japanese gfs or wives at first, they prefer firstly Brazilians gf and wives. Why? Because they don’t need to marry a Japanese girl for visa reasons so Brazilians firstly prefer someone with the same culture but some of the Brazilians and the Brazilian children born in Japan who don’t even speak Portuguese well anymore, they prefer Japanese gf and wives, but if all Brazilians men in Japan looked for a Japanese gf or wife, they would be number one by numbers for sure.

hummm cause there’s a zillion japanese descendants living in São Paulo and even if they look like japanese they’re brazilian in they’re hearts?
I’m from São Paulo and I find funny going to any other places and not having japanese looking people around… as a matter of fact, some of my best friends are sansei; Cant understand why but they are always in a very good mood!! there’s no bad times with those guys… the nissei on the other hand…😂😂😂
